FAQ
Asked about dead clicks.
What counts as a dead click?
A click on a button, link or anything that looks clickable, where nothing on the page changes within 400 ms.
And a rage click?
Three clicks within 700 ms, within 30 pixels of each other.
Does it need consent?
Counting doesn't: it records the element, never its text. Watching the session behind a click does.
This explains the law in plain English. It isn't legal advice.
