FAQ
Asked about journey replay.
Is replay legal without consent?
Not for identifying people, and Clickfall never tries. Replay starts only after the visitor says yes.
Do you record what people type?
No. The recorder never reads text, values or keystrokes. It records which element was clicked and where.
Can I try it?
Yes. Watch a replay on our replay page. Recording your own visit switches on there soon.
This explains the law in plain English. It isn't legal advice.
